    The staff are really really nice here. They take their jobs seriously. They really make it seem like they enjoy making great food to make customers happy and provide excellent customer service. They always make you feel at home and serve you with a smile. So happy with this place! Lots of options, fast, fair pricing, always delicious.

    First time here today. The guys behind the deli counter cracked me up they were so funny and pleasant. My sandwich was delicious i will definitely return. It's pricey but worth it for the quality.

    I lived in the area for 1.5 years and I probably had a Milano salad around 4 times a week on average... this is my favorite place in Manhattan. And one of the places I miss most from living in NYC. The salad is amazing - so fresh and the highest quality ingredients for only $10!!! (You choose 6 toppings and they put a lot). You stay full for the rest of the day. I’m surprised not all the UWS has discovered this place and the line isn’t down the street. Every time I visit NYC this place is on my must-do list !

    We ordered through Doordash. Both sandwiches came with VERY low rate of the “good” ingredients. For example, the M6 sandwich came with basically no avocados, no gruyere and no herb mayo (please see pictures). I usually love this place. What prompted me to write a bad review was that when i called, they were so unapologetic and did not care with the fact I have been a client for over 3 years

    Best italian heroes north of 42nd Street! Made with care and they don't skimp on ingredients.
